This was really good advice! Boundaries are so important. People change, others just keep their true self hidden until they know they gotchu. It takes 2 people that are on the same page to make it work. No reason to tell a partner every single detail about your life, unless it affects them. An insecure person will exploit that trust & use it to hurt & I’m sorry is just not enough—so keep some things to yourself. Not a fan of Dr. Phil, but he was right on point with everything.
