I know that merely talking in a friendly way is not the way to build a relationship, and if you try to get in touch with people too often they tell you they are busy?

communication skill can be best developed by reading novels.in relationships friends who talk too much will not remain friends for long…its true, its a proverb…….
help each other ,be honest when u give opinions ,and do unto others as u wish others to do unto you.and be cheerful,neat .

To build and nurture relationships communication skill is a must. While communicating you must not bore others. Be reserved and speak less emphasising the weight of your speech. Don not boast and speak only about you and your family. Try to listen to others and give short comments while speaking.
Most importantly if you want to become a successful and popular personality in your organisation or elsewhere you note down the birthdays and anniversaries and without fail you wish them. See how it transforms. Speak a few words of appreciation whenever someone achieves something. Get to know their requirements and help them in a small little way so that a sort of affection is developed. Even to your subordinates be kind and friendly. Speak to them about their difficulties and problems. Attend the occasions in their families if you are invited. Keep sending them sms’s on festivals and other occassions.
If you follow these it is sure that you will become popular.
