Need some dating advise Please!!!?

Posted by admin on February 28th, 2010 and filed under dating advise | 3 Comments »

Ok so… first off I am a 23 year old female. I just got out of a 5 year relationship with a guy who really made my self esteem go down allot. I never could go out with firends or anything. I broke up with him in Febuary.

Well some of my best friends and I went on a float trip last weekend and one of my friends brought a really cute, nice, fun guy. Well I was immadiatly attracted to this guy. Then once I got to know him I got more and more attracted. On the float trip I know I was very lightly flirting but I have ben out of the dating scene for so long I forgot how to flirt. Well nothing really happened on the float trip but we have been texting a little in this past week.

Anyways i’m not sure whether or not this guy like me. I invited him to go with me and one of my firends to hike a mountain but my friend won’t be able to make it, Which I haven’t told him yet(kinda scared he will cancel). So it will just be me and him hiking.

What should I do on this hiking trip if he doesnt cancel? Should I flirt, should I just be myself, how can you flirt while hiking?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated!!

in my opinion its better that the other person canceled. i know back when i was dating that i thought i was in the `friend zone` if there was somebody else tagging along.

as for the flirting, i think you should just be yourself. if he likes you, thats what hes going to like you for. yourself, not how you act. if you really like him it will show without forcing yourself to flirt or worrying about how to flirt.

have fun on your hike

What pet charities do you give to, and which would you advise as the best? We love cats.?

The best….as in, which ones are honest and really use your money for the animals? We’d prefer giving to cat charities.

I give to P*A*W*S…because they don’t put any cats down…..they all get adopted!!

I have donated all my Christmas money I got to them!!!

How can I sleep more since my marriage problems started?

Posted by admin on February 28th, 2010 and filed under marriage problems | 10 Comments »

For the last 19 days I have slept 3 to 5 hours per night – I need to sleep more. What can I do? My wife left and I am distraught. I’m going to counseling but when I am home I can not sleep but a few hours…
HELP!

19 days? Time heals, but if you truly loved her, this is not enough time. Stop thinking so much about the negative things involved. The bottom line, YOU are keeping yourself from sleeping. Morn your loss, but then stop the self pity and get moving on living your life. No one else is responsible for making you happy. Spend time with family and friends and by all means, DO NOT focus on all your sorrows in your conversations, only as needed and with some level of control if you find that is all your talking about, then move on to happier subjects as not to leave your listener with too much of your grief. They need to know there you have strength in you as well and together you can get through this easier and faster. People are much more willing to help those who are willing to help themselves as well.

Has couples therapy actually worked for anyone else?

Its been many years together and as usual we have had our downs and ups and downs, and downs and up again. So before we ended up divorced or worse ( homicide) we decided to go to counseling.

It worked like a charm and we have learned how to "communicate’ and "talk about our feelings". It was highly successful. She now spends time in the family room instead of the living room and wants to engage in conversation.

Has anyone else had this experience?
If so, how long did it take to wear off and she did not talk to you again?

I really miss the quiet.

Bring up something shitty at therapy, that’s how I got my quiet back. Good luck!

The inportance in building relationships?

explain how it is inportant to build relationships in small business

Relationships are everything. You cannot hold a job or run a business without minimal people skills.

In a small business, you constantly must deal with customers, suppliers and personnel. You need to be a good salesman, a good negotiator and a good boss to get all the help you can get.

If you are an independent consultant, most of your time will go into building relationships with potential customers.

The 2nd one is almost like a loud Christmas sweater.
The 3rd one is not cool at all-it looks really dorky. If you’re a hot girl wearing it, you could maybe pull it off, but otherwise, you will look like a dork.
But the 1st one is very soft and feminine looking, perfect for the winter or fall seasons.

Hey guys and girls in successful relationships. Please offer some tips on how to be a good girlfriend?

?

first and foremost some of it has to be natural chemistry….once that is established then i guess talking and doing things together that u share in common helps to bring u closer. lots of non sexual affections and emotional support is a good bond for a much stronger relationship.

work relationships need advise?

Posted by admin on February 28th, 2010 and filed under relationships advise | 3 Comments »

I recently started work for about 5 weeks now, and I am finding it hard to fit in. Like everytime I want to ask for help, I feel the pressure to do and my communication goes weird….why is that ? and also, what I did today is I came up to a collegue and asked for help and silly me, for some of terminologies she couldnt pick up (instead of say thanks and go back to my table) I said "thanks I just go and double check with the supervisor". I think she took it the wrong way and took offend that I have to double clarify her help I didnt mean it that way…what should I do?? approach her and explains to her or just leave it…??? doing full time data entry…

i think you should go up and explain to her that you didn’t mean what you said to come out the wrong way. im sure she will understand if you just explain what you really meant. if you leave it then she may take it as you dislike her or whatever. then it will make the work environment pretty uneasy for you. the sooner you tell her the better you will feel. good luck hun xxxx
