why or why not?
I would actually say yes. She could know what NOT to do to make a relationship work.
Being divorced doesn’t mean that someone wouldn’t have good advice for others. Sometimes it’s actually easier to give advice for someone else than it is to give to ourselves and that’s because an outsiders opinion is *typically* unbiased or not compromised by feelings.

Serious replies. I had bad luck with my love live.
"Don’t gallup away and kick unless you; really, really have too!
Always be very careful, with those hooves and that is very true!"
I have this friend, shes having marriage problems, she is a really nice and sweet, good-minded person. However her husband is a fat slob, who always criticizes her and doesn’t show her very love; they are in there 3rd year of marriage and its looking bad. Anyways her husband doesn’t let her have any contact with her family, if she does he says he will leave her. As a close friend i feel very sorry for her. What should i do to help, do u think she deserves better?
You deserve what you are willing to put up with, she should leave him before kids get in the picture, after that it will become near impossible
My fiance and I have gone into couples therapy. We have been there maybe a month now. Some sessions are helpful and some not so helpful. Like we jsut yell and that’s the end of the hour. we have a LOT of issues, infidelity, trust, we have a child, other stuff we dont know about yet I suppose…but generally, how long are couples in therapy? I jsut wondered…thanks.
I don’t think there are any good estimates on this, it is entirely determined by how long it takes you to work through the issues.
You are in the best position to see how long it will take.
How far have you come in a month?
If you think you have gotten through 10% of your problems, then blindly assuming all problems take as long, that would be 10 months.
I don’t think a more accurate means of estimating this exists.
Good luck.
So my sister and my dad both think that I don’t have good relationships with them. They say it’s my fault since I am supposedly mean to them, but they instigate it also. Any suggestions on what I should do to get closer to them and build the relationship stronger?

I will take any fashion advise but remember I need advice not a list of places to buy clothes!
PLEASE HELP!!
Go to the Youth sections of the major department stores and look at their mannequins to see how they have been dressed by the store buyers/merchandisers. Look at a lot of them and see which fashions seem to fit your personality. Remember to think about two things regarding your final outfit:
1) What is the message I am sending and to whom am I sending it?
2) Do I look attractive or do I look "cheap".
Also, keep in mind the "Total Look":
*Clean, nicely shapes nails
*Clean hair with a recent trim that is not "drip dry". Blow dry and curl or flatten, then spray to hold.
*Bright eyes (drink lots of H20, get lots of rest, and wash your face before falling asleep no matter what!)
*Fresh smile, clean teeth, not too much lipstick or gloss, but enough to keep from getting chapped lips
* Clean or polished shoes, appropriate for the occasion.
Always choose vegis and fruits over processed foods and drink lots of water for an overall "Fresh and Healthy" appearance.
Avoid the Emo or Goth look. It’s so overdone, it’s boring!!!
Good luck!!
You don’t have to end up getting married, just long enough(5months+) and if you stayed happy with your partner, I’d like to hear your story.
How did you guys meet?
How did you started to have feeling for your partner?
How did you, or your partner asked out(or made moves)?
What did you do to stay cool with each other?
If you broke up, what made you guys break up?
If married, how long have you guys dated before get married?
What are a few most important things for successful relationship?
I don’t want any answer like "online relationship is impossible"
1.We met on a dating site called http://www.cncupid.com/photo/romance
2.Her intersting profile. And after sending and receiving her email, I found that I was enchanted by her.
3.We never met in real life, but will if everything goes well though there’s such a long distance between us.
4.We email each other and chat in IM.But that’s romantic to us.I don’t care the way.Just because it is her.
5.Never broke up.
6.Marriage? I am waiting……
7.Be sincere.Don’t act as a know-it-all.You are equal.
I think if we men listen for too long we will start having a period
