It is allowed in the park to build your own labour accommodation next to your factory. The picture here shows the factory at the right hand side and the accommodation building on the left side.

At our park you have the choice for Building your own factory or we can build it for you. We are ready to build for you a state of the art factory of any size required at a most competitive price.

This is the type of factories we build. All factories are surrounded by boundary walls, and are completely independent with its own entrance, gates and guard room.

Our buildings are made of steel structure with insulation and the walls of the building are of stone finish from the outside that are maintenance free and need no painting.
